QCS — Infrastructure that scales with the community

The systems behind a growing, data-driven trading community.

QCS is a data-driven trading community. The Systera team designed and built the infrastructure behind it — automated onboarding, Telegram funnels, broker integration, trading automation and member support — and tracked what changed as it scaled.

What changed

More activity, more members — and they stay.

We judge infrastructure by what it's for: converting interested followers into members, keeping them engaged, and supporting a community whose activity grew more than fourfold in five months.

Onboarding & Telegram funnels

Lots traded compares total monthly trading volume placed by members in August with April. Lead conversion is the share of leads entering the onboarding funnel who went on to join the community. Active after 90 days counts members still engaged with the community 90 days after joining. These figures describe community activity, conversion and retention — not trading performance, member profitability, revenue or returns — and are not a forecast or guarantee of results for any other community.

What was built

The systems behind an active trading community.

Automated onboarding & Telegram funnels

Prospective members moved from social content into Telegram and through an automated onboarding journey, with qualification built in rather than handled by hand.

Broker integration & IB infrastructure

Broker onboarding was part of the member journey, supported by introducing-broker infrastructure and the tracking needed to attribute activity correctly.

Trading automation

Automation formed part of the community's technical infrastructure, operated alongside the onboarding and support systems.

Community support systems

Support channels and processes that let a growing membership get help without every question landing with the people running it.

Multi-platform audience acquisition

Audience was drawn from multiple social platforms into a single, consistent conversion path.

Operational processes

The day-to-day workflows that keep an active trading community running: access, member management, reporting and escalation.

Why it matters to partners

Built for the problems that appear at scale.

As a trading community grows, the same problems appear: onboarding that breaks when volume spikes, support queues that grow faster than the team, broker activity that needs to be attributed properly, and funnels that leak when nobody is watching them. QCS's infrastructure was built to handle all of them.

That's what Systera brings to every partnership. We don't design infrastructure from a template — we design it from what we've seen hold up under real activity, and what we've seen fail.

We don't just advise creators on what to build. We understand what it takes to operate the systems behind a trading business.

Partnerships

Build on infrastructure that's been operated, not just designed.

We take on a limited number of partners at a time so every build gets senior attention. Tell us about your audience and what you want to build — we'll come back to you if there's a fit.
